Green tea is something some people swear by and others just see it doing nothing. It is something you should try if you have not already, you can lose weight very quick if you become a regular user of green tea. One of the great advantages again is it will increase your metablism and oxdizes fat at a quick rate. It also has a great benefit for to your body overall.
